Labels for which more attention is focused on the adhesive itself. Drum labels require a different type of adhesive that is strong and rugged enough to stay on a surface which can be covered with various oils and chemicals.

Removable types are the most difficult adhesives, as they must stay firmly on during usage, but most also must peel off easily after usage without damaging or leaving residue on the attached surface.
